The Engines Plus web shop carries varies parts and engines for certain areas of our business, including –

  • Canaline spare parts and consumables
  • Isuzu Marine (canal boat engines) spare parts and consumables
  • Sole Diesel propulsion engine spare parts and consumables
  • PRM and TMC Marine Gearboxes

General Information

Payment is by Credit Card (stripe) only

You can only order spares for UK delivery or collection

Collection – You are more than welcome to collect your parts from Engines Plus Ltd, via our Goods Inwards.

All parts are normally shipped within 48 hours (working days) from receipt of your payment being received, if you are collecting the parts, we will advise you by e-mail when they are ready for collection.


We only offer delivery via UPS, this is automatically calculated based on what you order, but you must have an address where either the courier firm can deliver to.

We are unable to ship via Royal Mail, due to the reliability of this service.


With UPS, you MUST have someone there to accept delivery otherwise they will not leave the goods, and they will be returned to Engines Plus, and you will be charged again for delivery.

UPS offer an Access Points all over the UK, where you can collect your goods at a more convenient time, please click on the link to find your nearest one


If you wish your parcel to be delivered like this, then make sure you click “Deliver to a different delivery address”, fill in the address of the UPS Access point, and in the “order notes” please add the UPS Access point location code

With the UPS service, we also add your e-mail address, so you get notifications of your delivery

If the parcel is lost, due to not following the above guidelines, then we will be unable to send replacement parts free of charge.

If the parcel is returned to Engines Plus Limited as they are unable to deliver the parts, as you have not followed the above guidelines, then we will have to charge another delivery cost and ensure that the above guidelines are met.

Due to the nature of orders via our website, the liability for payment shall arise in respect of the Goods supplied, at time of order. Payment can be made via the online credit card portal.

Goods will only be shipped once we have payment confirmation from the online portal.

Returns / Refunds / etc

If you are not satisfied with a product that you have bought, please return it to us for a full refund. We regret, however, that we cannot refund return postage costs for non-faulty products.

Engines Plus Ltd makes every effort to ensure products arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event of a product arriving damaged, customers should contact Engines Plus Ltd, Parts department within 3 days of receipt and return the package within 7 days, for a replacement to be sent. If you have not received your order within 7 working days from the dispatch date, please contact Engines Plus Ltd


If your purchase from Engines Plus Ltd is found to be faulty, damaged or unsatisfactory, please return it to us per the instructions above for a full refund. Refunds for valid claims will be made via the same method of payment as used to place your order.

You may cancel your order by informing Engines Plus Ltd 


Anytime up to seven days from the date of receiving the delivery. Goods are to be returned to us at your expense in an unused condition and in the original packaging.

Engines Plus Ltd will refund your purchase within 14 days of receipt of the goods via the same method of payment that was originally used.

NB Please ensure the original delivery note is returned with your goods.
