The visit included factory tours of FPT Industrial’s Light and Heavy Commercial Battery packs and drivetrain production facilities, as well as a deep dive into the NEF production line. The team also explored the advanced Engine Test and Development Test Cell, gaining valuable knowledge about FPT Industrial’s rigorous performance and compliance testing.
Beyond manufacturing, the trip focused heavily on equipping Engines Plus with the tools needed to offer best-in-class customer support. Training sessions covered everything from product configuration and emissions compliance to diagnostics, aftermarket service programmes, and telematics. Additional workshops provided insights into order management, dealer support, warranty handling, and pricing structures, ensuring Engines Plus can offer a seamless experience for customers across both marine and industrial sectors.
