Engines Plus is returning to the Southampton International Boat Show 2026 from 18th to 27th September, with visitors to Stand P136 set to see the new Solé Advance SK-80 marine engine.
Described by Solé Advance as “compact power for new horizons”, the SK-80 is a Kubota-based four-cylinder marine engine producing 76hp at 2,700rpm. Designed particularly for medium-sized sailing boats and professional fishing vessels, it adds a new option to the Solé Advance range for owners and boatbuilders looking for a compact, dependable power solution.
The Southampton show will be the first opportunity anywhere in the world for customers and marine professionals to see the SK-80 in person, explore its features and applications, and discuss potential installations and repower projects directly with the Engines Plus team.
Joining the Engines Plus team on Tuesday 22nd and Wednesday 23rd September will be Jaume Colillas, Export Sales Manager at Solé Advance. Jaume will be available to discuss the SK-80, the wider Solé Advance range and technical questions from customers, dealers and industry professionals.
Alongside Solé Advance, Engines Plus will also be showcasing the latest range from Selva Marine, including outboard engines designed to deliver performance, reliability and value across a wide variety of boating applications.
“We’re excited to be returning to the Southampton International Boat Show with two fantastic brands, and particularly to be giving visitors the first opportunity anywhere in the world to see the Solé Advance SK-80 at a boat show,” said Hedley Beavis, Managing Director at Engines Plus. “It’s a significant new addition to the Solé Advance range, and Southampton gives customers the chance to see the engine up close and speak directly with the manufacturer about the SK-80 and the latest developments across the range. Having Jaume Colillas with us during the show will also give visitors the opportunity to discuss the engine and its applications directly with Solé Advance.”
Visitors can meet the Engines Plus team on Stand P136 throughout the show to explore the Solé Advance and Selva ranges and discuss repowers, new installations and the right engine for their boat.
